Whether that be local talent, services, or materials, we endeavour to use the resources, where possible, from the local community we are working in. With the purpose of injecting back into their economy and giving opportunity or up-skilling people living there.

Training and Mentoring

We are passionate about training and mentoring local talent, with a focus on empowering Indigenous communities and those in remote areas. Our goal is to create job opportunities and build skills that lead to long-term employment.
